We ask separately for your consent to two different kinds of text message, and you can agree to one, both or neither. One covers appointment reminders and confirmations. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel. Our appointments are long and a late cancellation usually cannot be filled. We will confirm our current notice period when you book, and we reserve the right to ask for a deposit from clients who repeatedly miss appointments.

Photographs shown are of real clients, published with their written consent, and are labelled with the number of sessions involved.
