Skin responds to rhythm more than it responds to intensity.
One dramatic treatment twice a year does less than a steady monthly appointment with someone who remembers what your skin was doing last time. That is the whole argument for membership, and it is also why we would rather you did not join if you cannot come in.

What if I miss a month?
Your credit carries over. It sits on your account until you use it, so a busy month costs you nothing.
Can I cancel?
Yes. We will confirm the notice period when you join, and there is no penalty beyond that.
Can I use my credit on injectables?
On the higher tiers, yes, once we have agreed at consultation that the treatment suits you.
Is membership better value than booking as I go?
If you come in regularly, yes, noticeably. If you come in twice a year, it is not, and we would rather tell you that than sign you up.
Can I share my membership?
Memberships are personal, because a large part of the value is one provider knowing your skin over time.
